PatientKeeper's Pay For Performance solution extends the ChargeCapture™ offering with the ability to capture and report compliance information for any of the 74 PQRI measures defined by CMS. During the charge capture process, the user is prompted with simple questions when entering a charge for a patient with a relevant set of diagnoses and procedures. Providers do not have to remember when to enter quality data or learn additional codes. The answers to these questions are used by the PatientKeeper system to include the appropriate G-codes or CPT-II codes with the outbound billing information.
PatientKeeper P4P™ is an add-on application to our Charge Capture™ module that allows physicians to enter quality information in just a few taps while entering charges. The application prompts the physician to answer one or two questions appropriate to the diagnosis or procedure set already being recorded. Providers do not have to remember when to enter quality data or learn additional codes. The application automatically triggers the appropriate code edits for any patient meeting the criteria for each measure.
